The Motel is located in Waiouru (home to the National Army Museum and Waiouru military camp) and just off the desert road south of Turangi and Taupo..
We are only 20 minutes drive from Ohakune. or Taihape.
Waiouru is a great base for all Skiers, Snow Boarders, Cyclists, Mountain Bikers, Fishermen/Fisherwomen as well as trampers and walkers looking to do the world famous Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
